Due to the size and nature of our saunas, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges owing to the high delivery costs involved. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should you encounter any issues with our products, please contact us directly. Our team is committed to resolving any concerns promptly to ensure you continue to enjoy your sauna. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on changes of mind.

Upon receipt of your sauna, we kindly ask that you inspect it for any visible damage within 2 days of delivery. If you discover any defects, please email us with photos and a detailed description of the issue. Our customer service representative will respond promptly to assist you.
